Mountain Heritage Hotel Katoomba

Fine views right from our room and the restaurant. The old charm of the hotel added to the nice experience. The staff were attentive and the check-in process was smooth. We enjoyed a delicious dinner in the restaurant with perfectly cooked meats. The hot breakfast was affordable and had a good variety. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We were amazed by the amazing view from our room at Mountain Heritage. The room itself was fine, and the hot breakfast included in our rate was a good start to the day. The staff, especially Greg and Dean, were friendly and provided excellent service. our anniversary getaway was amazing and we will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. The location of the hotel is amazing, with wonderful views of the valley and it's just a short walk to the main shops of this city. We particularly enjoyed having breakfast at the restaurant overlooking the valley, the food was delicious and well presented. The cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities were great, and the hotel also had convenient parking available.

I had a fantastic stay at this unique hotel in the Blue Mountains. The location was perfect, with stunning views and close to all the attractions. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with a separate bathroom. The staff provided excellent service and the buffet breakfast was delicious. The hotel also had beautiful reading areas with open fireplaces, adding to its charm.

The floors did squeak a bit, which could be a minor inconvenience.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The hotel is situated on a hill, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The location is perfect, as it is close to the center of town, making it convenient to explore all that this wonderful area has to offer.

Although the majority of the staff were incredible, there was one receptionist who was a bit frosty. However, this was a minor issue and did not detract from my overall experience.

Excellent views from dining and lounge areas, especially at sunset on the deck adjoining bar. Enjoyed the continental breakfast with croissants, yoghurt, and muesli. Cozy atmosphere with open fires and lovely piano music on weekends. Comfortable bed and good bathroom/shower facilities.

The view from the hotel was fine, offering panoramic views of the surrounding valley and mountains. The lounge and communal areas were also quite lovely, providing a comfortable space to relax and unwind. the restaurant served delicious meals, and I highly recommend trying the sticky date pudding.

The room configuration was also poorly arranged, and the bathtub was uncomfortably small.

We had a romantic escape and enjoyed the amazing views of the Blue Mountains. The location was perfect for exploring the shops in the nearby town. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The mattress was very uncomfortable considering the high star rating of the hotel. We expected a full breakfast to be included, but were asked to pay an extra $10 per person for it.
